Shipping policy

When it comes to making our products, we like to take it slow. 

But when the time comes to ship a customers' order, we're as fast as lightning! 

Orders ship next-day from Tennessee.  Once your package ships, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipments' tracking number.  Free shipping packages ship next-day USPS First Class.  In the case that you should require faster shipping, a variety of shipping options will appear at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.  

For US Orders

• Free Shipping on all orders over $50! 
• $5.99 shipping fee for orders $49.99 and below.  
• Expedited options available! 
• USPS and UPS

For International Orders

• Shipping costs are calculated by weight, and destination.  Select your preferred shipping method at checkout. 
• UPS - 60% international shipping discount (prices shown at checkout are discounted)
• We will confirm your shipping address with you by email before shipping. 
• For your peace of mind, all parcels ship insured.   
• Buyer is responsible for duties, import fees, taxes, etc.  Most customers have zero problems or charges, but check with your local customs' office. Hands of Colombia cannot refund products that were not delivered due to a customer not having paid the proper customs fees.
